FROM STARBUCKS TO CAMPUSES!

In a cozy evening in 2009, over a cup of coffee at Starbucks, two alumni of the prestigious London School of Economics and the Cardiff Business School had shared their dream for Human Resource Development. Powered by the theories they have learnt during the lectures, the experience they had in life and advices got from the world-class professors at the University they have nurtured an impressive 'business plan' (for Thoughts Academy) which was then accepted by 'Venture Wales', the business mentoring giants, for an yearlong mentoring programme. Mr. Praveen Parameswar from India and Mr. Henry James McDonald from Aberdeen, the two youth who carried flamboyant dreams for Human Resource Development....
