Col R G Nair was the Director- Recruiting (Officers Selection) at the Army Headquarters and the Chief Instructor & Instructor of Group Dynamics, Defence Institute of Physiological Research where he trained Wing Commanders, Lt. Cols and Majors. He Associates with Thoughts Academy as Consultant Trainer in Soft Skill, Life Skill and Management Development Training. Also took lectures on personality assessment to instructors of Indian Military Academy and Officers’ Training Academy. He was the President of the final selection board for selecting officers for the Coast Guard. As the Senior Group Testing Officer & Interaction Expert of the 33 Service Selection Board (Indian Navy), he handled the group to develop into a productive, cohesive unit, involving test creations and imparting practical training to fresh assessors. He played an instrumental role in developing syllabus and course material for group testing officers’ course.
