With more than five years of working experience in management field, SARATH CHANDRAN, is a Middle Earth Certified Learning and Development Manager. His experience in the corporate sector and government projects has enabled him to specialize in the entire cycle of a project, from the planning stage, interviewing of senior management at target companies,research,financial/strategic/operational analysis, financial modelling, development of strategic insights, report writing, upto the delivery of final findings to clients. Sarath has a B-Tech degree from Kerala University. His experiences in managing projects for Tata Consultancy Services, UST Global, Quest Global, IBS Technology, Cognizant, Consul, Hindustan Latex, Government of Kerala, ASAP, Higher Education Department, Kudumbasree, Akshaya etc. and attending workshops like Project Management workshop of UNIDO has helped him evolve in the field of team development and management.
